game was released first for pc with several bugs until next update we can adjust game to high performance for pc by editing some settings in game .make sure u have minimum requirements for playing game

minimum requirements - 

- 4 gb of ram

- 1gb of graphics memory 

- directx 11 support

- dual core pc with amd or intel processor (AMD Recommended)

- latest drivers updated

fix-

1- go to game icon properties

2 - go to compablity tab

3 - set windows vista with service pack 2

4- click on apply

5 open game 

6- go to game settings>video settings

7 - set shadow to off and similar contents to low

8- graphics to low (as much as u can)

now ur game will workfine just restart pc and ENJOY :-)
